My Story
My journey with weight, diets, and self-empowerment has been deeply transformative, shaped by years of self-discovery and mindset shifts. For much of my life, I was consumed by thoughts about my body—its weight, shape, and how it didn’t measure up to external expectations.
My life has been marked by countless diets, intense exercise, fitness challenges, and even a phase of rejecting diets completely. Along the way, I learned to love my body as it is and appreciate how it supports me. I discovered how to nourish it—not by following rigid rules, but by paying attention to what it truly needs. I explored movement, from dance classes and running to powerlifting, and found joy in ways that make my body feel strong and capable. This journey has led me to a place of clarity, self-love, and empowerment.
Now in my 40’s, I know my body is always changing, and I’ve learned to honor it by listening to it and making choices that feel good. When I reached a weight where I physically felt uncomfortable, I didn’t resort to the toxic cycle of dieting again. Instead, I focused on healing my relationship with food and approaching weight loss with compassion, mindfulness, and self-trust. By showing up for myself—choosing nourishing foods, moving my body in ways I enjoy, and quieting the food chatter in my mind—I lost 30 pounds and have maintained it for over a year without strict rules or deprivation.
What I’ve learned is health, happiness, and empowerment aren’t one-size-fits-all. There’s room for weight loss if it feels right for you, just as there’s room to reject diet culture and embrace your body as it is. It’s about making choices that align with your goals and values, whether that’s running a marathon, lifting weights, or rocking a bikini for the first time.
Your journey is yours alone, and it’s full of surprises, breakthroughs, and lessons. My role is to empower you to trust yourself, make decisions that make sense for you, and embrace the process. Whether your goal is weight loss, confidence, or something entirely unique, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll create a life and relationship with your body that feels free, fulfilling, and aligned with you.
With over 1,000 hours of coaching and experience guiding hundreds of women toward their weight loss goals—as well as through challenges like self-love, body image, people-pleasing, relationships, and career transitions—I know this is exactly where I’m meant to be. I’ve witnessed countless women make meaningful changes in their lives, and it all starts with a single thought. ✨
